SKED Group is conducting a Walk-in Drive for energetic and self-motivated freshers for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE). This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to begin their corporate journey in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. Selected candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Any graduate (IT- Non IT)
- No prior experience required (Freshers welcome)
- Basic understanding of business and marketing concepts is a plus
Communication
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident while speaking with clients over phone or in-person
- Email writing and business communication etiquette
- Ability to prepare and deliver client presentations
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of IT services and solutions (preferred but not mandatory)
- Problem-solving attitude and a proactive mindset
- Good presentation skills
- Self-driven with a go-getter attitude
Roles & Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers
- Present SKED Group's services and solutions to prospects
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
- Support the sales team in creating proposals and closing deals
- Meet assigned targets and contribute to team success
